Gordie Boucher Ford of Menomonee Falls is looking for an experienced and motivated Ford Certified Diesel Technician to join our fast-growing service team! If you're a skilled Diesel Mechanic, Automotive Technician, or Ford Master Tech who takes pride in your craftsmanship, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on Ford diesel trucks and vehicles
- Use Ford-approved diagnostic tools and follow factory procedures
- Inspect, test, and verify repairs meet dealership and manufacturer standards
- Follow checklists to ensure all critical systems are examined
- Test-drive vehicles after repairs to confirm proper operation
- Tag and return warranty parts per dealership policy
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and professional appearance
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers regarding repairs
- Attend ongoing Ford diesel training and stay current with service bulletins
- Deliver every vehicle back to the customer clean and in top condition
Qualifications
- Ford Diesel Certification required
- ASE Certification preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a Ford dealership or fleet diesel environment
- CDL License a plus
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Must supply own tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
