ng About the Role We are seeking a Korean Speaking,Part time (1-2 Days a week) Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team supporting adult day care, skilled services, and outpatient programs. The NP provides direct patient care, conducts assessments, manages chronic and acute conditions, and coordinates care with our interdisciplinary team. Must speak Korean and English Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and physical exams Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests Prescribe medications within scope of practice Develop care plans and provide patient education Document in EMR in a timely and compliant manner Coordinate care with RNs, caregivers, physicians, and external providers Participate in quality initiatives and regulatory compliance activities Support transitions of care and care conferences
