Compensation
- Compensation: $450,000 (no call) up to $525,000 (with call)
- W-2
- $20,000 sign-on bonus
- CME-Up to $5,000
- Relocation assistance/allowance available up to $10,000 for out-of-state or out-of-area candidates (receipts required)
- Referral bonus of up to $5,000 if hired
