What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care by:

• Performing comprehensive patient assessments
• Developing and implementing individualized plans of care
• Administering medications and treatments according to provider orders and clinical guidelines
• Monitoring patient conditions and communicating changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning
• Educating and supporting patients and their families
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and promoting patient safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of practice or compact state required.
• Minimum of one year of hospital clinical experience preferred
