Always display the correct destination on the vehicle’s destination blind. Keep up to date with road closures, diversions or special events that may affect bus services by reading notices, attending briefings and listening to the on‑bus radio. Provide a high standard of customer service. Give customers information that may help them during their journey. Behave in a friendly and professional manner to customers and colleagues. Recognise and assist with the additional needs of children and vulnerable adults, the elderly, infirm or people with disabilities. Check the condition of the vehicle prior to commencing service and carry out the safety walk‑round check, ensuring any defect is reported promptly. What You’ll Bring A valid UK Class D PCV driving licence. A CPC qualification. Excellent customer service skills. Experience as a PCV bus driver. Strong communication skills at all levels.
