What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient urology clinics with scheduled hours (typically 10 am12 pm, 1 pm3 pm) or inpatient coverage when scheduled
• Manage 510 phone consultations daily for adult patients
• Participate in hybrid coverage including elective outpatient procedures and inpatient consults
• Collaborate with local urologists, nursing staff, urology techs, and hospitalists for comprehensive patient care
• Attend to active consults and hospital rounds as scheduled
• Cover weekend inpatient shifts (Saturday and Sunday) as assigned
• Support hospital admissions managed by hospitalists; no inpatient admissions handled directly

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in New Mexico
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology
• Experience providing outpatient and inpatient urology care preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

This position is based at a reputable healthcare facility in Las Cruces, NM. The role involves both outpatient clinic duties and inpatient coverage, providing flexibility and variety. Local support staff including urologists, nurses, and hospitalists will assist with patient management, ensuring a team-focused approach.
