Location: USA - Lockbourne, 225 Rathmell Rd Division: Solutions Job Posting Title: Data Center Associate - Builds D-Shift Thu-Sun 6:00pm-4:30PM Time Type: Full Time Responsibilities Provide and maintain effective material orders, customer service, and inventory management. Assemble and install servers and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices. Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers. Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight for accurate part numbers and quantities. Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenish critical spare parts on site. Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems. Place server racks on the datacenter floor with laser measuring devices to achieve 100% accuracy. Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics. Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools. Operate material‑handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks. Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to 5S standards. Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday. Deliverables & Achievements Daily adherence to safety and process procedures. Punctuality and reliability. Attention to detail and focus on quality. Flexibility and ability to cross‑train in multiple datacenter departments. Qualifications & Experience 1–3 years of related experience. Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills. Experience with computers and basic troubleshooting. Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge protocols. Ability to engage positively with customers and stakeholders on site. Critical thinking and analytical skills for data‑based decision making.
