Connecting your world

• As Product Lead for On-Prem & Cloud Infrastructure, you hold line management responsibility for the entire infrastructure platform team, covering both on-prem and cloud (Azure) environments.
• You lead engineers and product owners and elevate these platform services to a higher level of maturity. How exactly you achieve this is up to you.

You will apply your talents to:

• Providing line management for the broad infrastructure platform team, including product owners and engineers for on-prem and cloud environments.
• Shaping the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the On-Prem & Cloud Infrastructure platform as a cohesive product.
• Realizing the transformation to platform engineering, with automation, self-service, and standardization as the norm.
• Ensuring quality, continuity, security, and cost-efficiency across the entire business-critical infrastructure landscape.
• Fostering technical excellence, ownership, and professional growth among the engineers and product owners in the team.

You've got this

You contribute to this with your unique talents and experience. In addition, you bring the following:

• Higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) level of working and thinking; preferably in Computer Science, Technical Informatics, or a similar field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience with both on-premise and cloud infrastructure, ranging from network to OS.
• Experience in leading, coaching, and developing multidisciplinary teams comprising engineers and product owners.
• Experience with Platform Engineering and Infrastructure as Code implementations.
• Experience in developing product visions, roadmaps, and prioritization strategies for infrastructure services.
• Experience in ensuring the availability, security, continuity, and performance of business-critical IT platforms.
• Experience with stakeholder management at tactical and strategic levels.
• Strong command of both Dutch and English, in speech and writing.
