What You’ll DoSupervise and coordinate Housekeeping team members and schedules
Clean and maintain resident rooms and common areas
Clean and maintain other interior and exterior areas of the center
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and team members
Support a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents
Work collaboratively with other departments to support the overall resident experience
Previous housekeeping experience in a long-term care facility or larger institution preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to relate positively and favorably to residents and families
Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
Strong organizational and supervisory skills
Excellent attendance and reliability
