Member Experience Leader: Welcome Center & Engagement

YMCA of the USA

YMCA of Yonkers is seeking a Member Experience Manager to lead the Welcome Center team and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will supervise Member Experience Associates, drive onboarding, engagement, and retention while fostering a welcoming, mission-driven environment across departments and membership systems. You will report to the CEO with limited administrative support, help monitor engagement metrics, and promote tools like ReClique Core to improve service, scholarship tracking, #J-18808-Ljbffr YMCA of the USA
