Lead the MomentumAs Sales Director, you’ll drive occupancy and revenue by turning interest into confident move-ins—while keeping the experience warm, clear, and resident-first. You’ll own the sales pipeline end-to-end, build referral relationships, and keep performance humming through sharp forecasting and follow-through.Key responsibilities include:- Manage inquiry flow, tours, follow-ups, and conversions- Grow referral networks with hospitals, rehab partners, and community groups- Track leads, report results, and adjust strategy to hit targets- Coordinate with onsite teams to ensure a smooth transition for new residentsRequired qualifications/skills: - Senior-level sales leadership experience (healthcare/senior living a plus)- Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills- Comfort with CRM tracking, metrics, and goal-based execution- High integrity, empathy, and a proactive, problem-solving mindsetReady to make a measurable impact?
