A growing construction company in Winter Garden is hiring experienced Dirt Work/Grading Equipment Operators to join their team immediately.

If you have experience operating heavy equipment and take pride in producing quality work, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Operate heavy equipment for site development and earthwork projects
• Perform grading, excavation, and dirt work
• Read grade stakes and maintain proper elevations
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow all job site safety procedures
• Work efficiently with the crew to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications:

• Experience operating equipment such as:
  • Dozers
  • Motor Graders
  • Excavators
  • Loaders
  • Skid Steers
  • Rollers/Compactors
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Pay:

Starting at $25/hour for experienced operators.

• $30+/hour starting pay for candidates who can:

• Read plans and grade elevations
• Lead and supervise a crew
• Plan daily work activities
• Manage production while maintaining safety and quality
