Student Records Specialist

Department: Academics Office
Reports to: Assistant Principal Academics
Term: 12 month position
Full Time: 40 hours per week


Position Summary:
The Record Specialist provides supportive services to students, staff and parents for the purpose of maintaining transcripts, concurrent enrollment information, confirming graduation requirements, and preparing graduation marching lists and programs.


Training and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• One year of experience working directly with students in a high school setting as a Records Specialist or the Administrative Assistant of Academics preferred.
• One year of secretarial/clerical experience preferred.
