What Youll Do

Were looking for a Contract Paid Media Coordinator to support a small set of client accounts with campaign execution, setup, and reporting. This is a part-time, flexible role ideal for someone early in their career with hands-on paid social experience who is looking to stay active in the space without committing to a full-time position.

Youll work closely with our Paid Media team to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, tracked properly, and optimized effectively.

Your Day to Day

• Build and launch paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube)
• Conduct QA on campaigns, including naming conventions, links, and tracking
• Monitor campaign pacing and flag performance or spend issues
• Assist with basic optimizations (budget shifts, audience tweaks, creative swaps)
• Maintain campaign documentation, tracking sheets, and asset organization
• Support reporting pulls and basic performance summaries
• Collaborate with Strategists on ongoing campaign needs for a small set of clients

Required Skills and Experience

• 13 years of experience in paid social media or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience in platforms like Meta Ads Manager (required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
• Comfortable working independently and managing time in a part-time capacity
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Clear communicator and responsive collaborator

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in an agency environment
• Familiarity with multiple platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube)
• Basic understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics
• Experience working with tracking tools or reporting dashboards
