Role Description This is a full-time, on‑site role, working with clients in Dallas, Austin, and Houston as a Sales Representatives and/or Project Managers. Team members will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, and present Suddath’s workplace and moving solutions. They will oversee project planning and execution, coordinate with internal operations and design teams, and ensure that timelines, budgets, and service quality standards are met. The role includes preparing proposals and estimates, managing project documentation, tracking progress, and resolving issues to maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Sales Reps and Project Managers will also collaborate on process improvements, leverage Suddath’s technology platforms, and provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Sales and client relationship skills, including business development, account management, and consultative selling in B2B environments. Project management capabilities, such as planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk mitigation for multi‑site or complex workplace projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present solutions, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, data analysis for project performance, and use of technology tools and CRM systems. Knowledge of commercial moving, workplace solutions, facilities, or related industries is highly beneficial. Proven experience in sales, project management, or operations within a service‑oriented or logistics‑focused business.
