What you will enjoy doing:

• Independently manages multiple small to mid-size EPC projects simultaneously
• Supports new plant proposals as required
• Recognizes problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent
• Evaluates alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic approach, develops improvements and innovations to enhance project performance
• Knows how to leverage the organization to achieve objectives, strategically positions project for short and long term goals
• Proactively engages present and future stakeholders in design, priority setting and implementation
• Able to analyze risk and future impact of decisions
• Monitors entire project execution life cycle for compliance with all applicable safety rules and regulations
• Coordinates all work within the scope of assigned projects and ensures that objectives are met and within budget
• Organizes, plans and prioritizes work of project team and self
• Performs project engineering work as needed
• Interfaces with key stakeholders including business, operations and customers
• Responsible for managing safety and quality programs related to projects
• Prepares detailed project plans and controls elements of the plan
• Influences team members and promotes ideas to improve design practices

What makes you great:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 5 or more years of experience in engineering or project management
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Experience in Field Construction Management a plus
• Understanding of construction contracting and contracts management
• Understanding of construction and commissioning safety
• Experience in engineering, construction, commissioning or start-up of oxygen and nitrogen gas plants is a plus
• PMP certification is a plus

Salary Pay Range: 100,000USD – 125,000USD
