Sr Clinical Trials Manager

Senior Clinical Trials Manager role leading global Phase I–IV clinical trial execution across therapeutic areas. Oversees study management teams, operational strategy, timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of assigned clinical studies within program, including Study Management Team leadership
- Develop and oversee study plans, timelines, logistics, budgets, and resource allocation
- Identify study risks and drive proactive mitigation and issue-resolution strategies
- Lead CRO and vendor selection, oversight, and relationship management as applicable
- Mentor and support development of less experienced colleagues and internal team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years clinical or life sciences experience; or Master's with 4+ years
- Comprehensive knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH guidelines, and GCP regulatory requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences or related field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead clinical studies and cross-functional project teams
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle study management from start-up through close-out
- Clear communication skills and effectiveness in matrixed, team-oriented environments
Compensation: $157,590.00 - $203,940.00 base
