Job Responsibilities

• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily routines.
• Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams: Join forces with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, along with physicians and nursing staff, to provide a holistic approach to patient care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their loved ones about therapeutic methods to encourage progress outside the clinic.
• Evaluate and Record Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring a continuous journey towards recovery.

Education Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Opportunities for continuing education and advanced certifications available and supported.

Required Certifications

• Current active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
