Role Description As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Wyatt Savage - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Must be comfortable with sales.
