Nestled in the beautiful Driftless Region of southwest Wisconsin, St. Dominic Villa provides exceptional long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services for older adults. Our community offers a welcoming atmosphere, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.

Our LPN provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.

Available Opportunities

Full-Time Day Shift (AM)

  • 12-hour shifts
  • Every 3rd weekend rotation

Part-Time Evening Shift (PM)

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Every other weekend rotation

Full-Time Overnight Shift (NOC)

  • 12-hour shifts
  • Every 3rd weekend rotation

PRN All Shifts

  • Flexible scheduling to meet your needs

Compensation & Benefits

  • $28 – $35/hour, based on experience
  • Shift Differential for PM and NOC shifts
  • Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 8 hours in a shift
  • Sign-on bonus available

Requirements

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Active CPR
  • Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
