As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise concrete crews on various projects. Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other team members to plan and schedule work. Interpret project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of concrete work. Oversee the setup and layout of forms, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Conduct daily job site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Train and mentor crew members to enhance skills and productivity. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Extensive knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and equipment. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
