About the Role
As the primary accounting resource for U.S. and international operations at an AI and robotics company, you will manage core accounting processes and partner with the Controller on accurate financial reporting. This hands-on individual contributor role helps keep the company's financial records reliable and audit-ready as it grows.
What You'll Do
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
Lead month-end close processes for international entities and support the broader close.
Prepare and reconcile financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and support financial reporting.
Manage intercompany accounting and contribute to multi-entity consolidations.
What We're Looking For
A bachelor's degree in Accounting and an active CPA license.
Five to eight years of hands-on accounting experience, including at least two to three years in full-cycle accounting.
Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, accrual accounting, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations.
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and reconciliation tools.
Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth company, plus intercompany accounting and multi-entity consolidation experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $120,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
