A To Go Specialist is the point of contact for all late night to go orders: you are the face of the late night experience! As a To Go Specialist, you will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other's success in a fast-paced environment. What you will do: Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience. Welcome guests warmly by smiling and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant Recieve to go orders guests come into the restaurant to place them Bag and distribute all to go orders as they become ready Communicate with guests on the status of their order as well as cash out any orders that need to be paid in store Handle guests’ complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues PLUS ONE to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
