A 13-week assignment is available for a licensed pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy services with a focus on anticoagulation and oncology compounding. This role offers Monday through Friday day shifts, beginning as soon as possible, providing a stable weekday schedule in a supportive clinical environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage anticoagulation clinic patients, averaging 4-6 daily, ensuring accurate medication dosing and patient education.
• Perform all oncology-related IV compounding with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support inpatient pharmacy operations and medication management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, sterile compounding techniques, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Pharmacist License required.
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient pharmacist experience.
• Proficient in anticoagulation therapy management.
• Skilled in aseptic techniques and oncology IV compounding.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
