Production Line WorkerThis role supports bottling and production operations in a busy winery and warehouse environment. You work on the bottling line and assist with transferring wine, loading bottles and cases, and performing general labor tasks that require frequent lifting and standing throughout the shift.ResponsibilitiesWork on the bottling line to support continuous production of wine products.Load bottles by hand, typically two bottles per hand, and place them onto the production line or into packaging.Carry and move cases of bottled product, including repeated lifting of up to 50 pounds.Perform general labor tasks such as loading, packaging, stacking, and palletizing finished goods.Maintain a steady workflow in a fast-paced production environment, keeping up with line speed and production targets.Stand for extended periods while working on the production line and in the warehouse.Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when lifting, moving, and stacking materials.Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to support efficient production.Assist with transferring wine and related materials as directed to ensure smooth operations.Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues that may impact production or product quality.Essential SkillsExperience working in general labor roles, preferably in a production or warehouse environment.Experience working in a fast-paced production environment with continuous workflow.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.Ability to lift at least 20 pounds safely and consistently.Ability to stand for long periods of time while performing production and loading tasks.Comfort with heavy lifting, stacking, and palletizing in a warehouse or production setting.Reliability and strong work ethic to support high-volume production schedules.This is a Contract position based out of Albuquerque, NM.The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
