POSITION SUMMARY

St. Stanislaus Catholic School is a faith-filled, family-centered PK 8 school serving a diverse, vibrant, historically underserved Hispanic community in East Chicago with a 125-year tradition of education and service. The Assistant Principal will be entrusted with authentic leadership across instruction, culture, operations, and family engagement, while receiving structured coaching and collaboration from the principal. This role requires a leader who is comfortable navigating leadership situations while building strong relationships within the community to make mission-aligned decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Indiana Administrative License (or actively working toward licensure)
Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required
