What Youll Do:
- Welcome customers and guide them in selecting a new Subaru, Subaru Certified Pre-Owned or other Pre-Owned vehicle
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend vehicles based on lifestyle and budget
- Deliver compelling vehicle presentations and test drive experiences
- Clearly explain features, options, and financing solutions
- Close sales with professionalism, transparency, and integrityalways in accordance with dealership policies and customer-first values
- Maintain customer relationships through excellent follow-up and personalized service
- Keep current on Subaru inventory, new releases, and competitor offerings
- Contribute to a clean, organized showroom and professional sales environment
Youre a Great Fit If You Have:
- A passion for cars and helping people
- Prior sales experience (automotive a plusbut well train the right candidate)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Confidence, motivation, and a team-first attitude
- A valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn
Schedule: (Schedule may vary)
- Monday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
