What Youll Do:

• Welcome customers and guide them in selecting a new Subaru, Subaru Certified Pre-Owned or other Pre-Owned vehicle
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend vehicles based on lifestyle and budget
• Deliver compelling vehicle presentations and test drive experiences
• Clearly explain features, options, and financing solutions
• Close sales with professionalism, transparency, and integrityalways in accordance with dealership policies and customer-first values
• Maintain customer relationships through excellent follow-up and personalized service
• Keep current on Subaru inventory, new releases, and competitor offerings
• Contribute to a clean, organized showroom and professional sales environment

Youre a Great Fit If You Have:

• A passion for cars and helping people
• Prior sales experience (automotive a plusbut well train the right candidate)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Confidence, motivation, and a team-first attitude
• A valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn

Schedule: (Schedule may vary)

• Monday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: Off
• Thursday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
