Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and create customized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client.
• Work collaboratively with clients to formulate achievable treatment goals, regularly evaluating progress and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, effectively managing acute situations and making timely referrals to external resources when appropriate.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record system to ensure data integrity.

The clients you will serve at Restora Care encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. Qualifications

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Massachusetts, demonstrating your commitment to the profession and adherence to state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000, complemented by an attractive benefits package.
