Step into a rewarding role supporting students’ communication and learning as a Speech-Language Pathologist! An exciting, full-time opportunity is available for a licensed SLP to work in person with K-12 students across four school sites in an itinerant capacity. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in diverse school environments and value collaboration. You'll start the academic year in August, with the potential for orientation or training in July 2025, ensuring you’re prepared for success each step of the way.

Key Qualifications:

• Current or pending SLP license in Virginia, or eligibility to obtain
• Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates and experienced SLPs encouraged to apply
• Previous K-12 school-based experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable traveling between multiple school sites
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Experience in teletherapy and supervising/teaming with SLPAs is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in person, delivering services in accordance with IEPs and school guidelines
• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings, assessments, and re-evaluations as required
• Develop, implement, and assess individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with educational and support staff, as well as SLPA team members and Clinical Fellows
• Maintain thorough documentation, submit reports, and participate in IEP meetings

Position Details & Perks:

• Full-time hours: approximately 7:30am-3:00pm, Monday through Friday
• Work with a variety of ages and communication needs across four neighboring campuses
• Start August 2025, with possible July orientation
