Service) in a fast and orderly fashion that meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Including the following, but not limited to:Greets each guest with a smile and a warm welcomeSuggestive sale and answer questions about productsRecords the customer's orderStages customers in serpentine area to maintain a smooth customer flowSelects requested food items from serving or storage areas and assembles items on serving tray or in takeout bag.Serves cold drinks, hot beverages, and dessertsReceives paymentAssists customers with questions or complaintsRetrieves raw food stock and places at appropriate station for preparationPerforms duties to prepare foodMaintains orderly eating and serving areasEnsures that he or she follows all company issued policies and proceduresREQUIREMENTS:• Strong customer service skills• Friendly, outgoing personality• Can multi-task and don't wait to be told what to do• Understand what it takes to get the job done right• Learn from experience, as well as from those who have experience• Work well in a Team environment to get things done collectively• Flexible availabilityThis job opportunity is with one of our many franchisees.
