Employee Assistant Program FSA and HSA Plans Life Insurance Opportunities for Advancement Employee Referral Program Employee DiscountLocation: Bergey's Lincoln- Lansdale, PA Shift: Full TimeSummary: Responsible for all aspects of title work for dealership vehicle sales and complying with PennDOT regulations.Essential Duties:Process title work on all new and used vehicles for both PA and out-of-state dealsProcess Pennsylvania Title Work via Online portal within timeframe required by PennDOTPrepare tax and title documents required for state in which vehicle will be titledMonitor, track, & report any issues or delays promptly with the ControllerMaintains PennDOT record retention & filing system as outlined by PAA Audit RequirementsMonitor & maintain all required licenses, training certs, logs, contract affidavits, etc.Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work in a live file which includes the status of any missing or problem titles and outstanding titlesAssist Controller with state audits and stay up to date on PennDOT requirementsConduct periodic training sessions for F&I managers and sales personnel regarding title regulations and proceduresPost Dealertrack Daily Debits and clean/maintain all schedules related to titling vehiclesMaintain a professional appearance and a neat work areaOther tasks as assignedRequirements:Must be a PA Notary and able to retain PA Notary Commission & PA Salesperson LicenseTitle work experience is requiredCommunicate effectively and professionally with teammates and internal/external customersMaintain a professional appearance and atmosphere in the officeMust have a valid driving license and successfully complete pre-employment background checks and drug screeningBergey's is an equal opportunity employer.
