Lead the Build: Commercial Plumbing Field Supervisor
Picture this: you roll onto a clean, organized job site with a plan for the day already in motion. You walk the layout, confirm elevations, brief your crew, sync with the GC, and get an inspector on the calendar. By noon, rough-in is humming, materials are staged, and bottlenecks are already solved. By day’s end, the project is ahead of schedule and your team knows what’s next—because you led it there.
We’re a growing commercial plumbing and mechanical contractor seeking a seasoned field leader who can confidently run commercial projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
Who You Are- Hold an active Michigan Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Bring hands-on commercial plumbing experience in new construction and tenant improvement.
- Have proven leadership time as a foreman, crew lead, or similar field lead role.
- Read blueprints, plan layout, and set crews up for success.
- Communicate clearly, hold the field accountable, and keep momentum without hand-holding.
Note: This role is focused on commercial construction. It is not residential service, drain cleaning, or an apprentice track.
What You’ll Lead- Own commercial plumbing scopes from rough-in through finish.
- Coordinate daily with GCs, inspectors, customers, and other trades to keep schedules tight.
- Direct crews, balance manpower, and manage field workflows.
- Plan materials and resolve jobsite issues proactively.
- Maintain professional, clean, and well-organized work areas.
- $40–$60/hour based on experience and leadership background
