Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
Our organization, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Burlington, NC, is on the lookout for a dedicated Registered Nurse. This role focuses on delivering resident-centered care within a professional and licensed environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments of residents to determine their health needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Develop and coordinate personalized care plans for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care patients.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate recovery and address complex clinical requirements.
- Promote dignity, comfort, and an enhanced quality of life for all residents.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Strong assessment and clinical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care.
