• 1st Shift: $22.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: $23.00/hr

1st Shift

• Monday - Thursday
• 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday - Thursday
• 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding on steel products
• Read blueprints, shop drawings, and tape measures
• Grind, fit, and assemble components to specifications
• Perform basic fabrication and welding repairs
• Meet quality, safety, and production standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Previous welding and manufacturing experience
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
