Our business is expanding, and we are looking for someone who:
- Has Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruiting, with a track record of successful placements and client acquisition.
- Is Self-Motivated: Must be driven, proactive, and able to work independently without supervision.
- Possesses Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Has Networking Abilities: Ability to build and maintain a professional network for sourcing clients and candidates.
- Is Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, etc.
