We're looking for a Data Scientist who can turn business questions into actionable insights. This is a high-impact role where you'll partner with leadership, build analytical solutions, leverage AI, and drive process improvements across the organization. Transform business challenges into data-driven solutions

Develop predictive models, dashboards, and reporting tools

Apply AI and machine learning to improve operations and decision-making

Partner with business and technology teams to optimize processes

Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Help shape data strategy, governance, and analytics best practices

7+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field

Strong skills in Python and SQL

Experience with AI/Machine Learning solutions

Experience working with cloud-based data platforms

Data modeling and data warehouse experience

Ability to translate complex business needs into analytical solutions

Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to leadership

Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar platforms

Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools

Predictive analytics and process optimization

Leadership or mentoring experience
