$225k - $390kFenwick & West
Fenwick & West Litigation Practice Group
Fenwick & West is seeking current federal judicial clerks with one to three years of experience to join our Litigation practice group after clerking. This is an outstanding opportunity for early-career litigators to work alongside leading lawyers on complex, precedent-setting matters for some of the world's most innovative technology and life sciences companies.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling a diverse docket spanning intellectual property disputes, securities and regulatory enforcement matters, and high-value general commercial litigation. Associates at Fenwick are given meaningful substantive responsibility from day one.
We require that the candidate be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
To apply, please complete our online application and include a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample. Please include the term of your clerkship in your cover letter and indicate when you would be available to join.
Although Fenwick does not typically accept recruiter submissions for clerks, please feel free to reach out to the recruiting department at View email address on click.appcast.io if you have a candidate submission that you would like to discuss.
At Fenwick, we believe that our partners and employees are our most important asset. Helping you and your families achieve and maintain good health - physical, emotional, and financial - is the reason we offer a comprehensive benefit program. We provide benefits to eligible employees under plans such as Healthcare, Life Insurance, Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Wellbeing. Except as otherwise required by law, temporary employees are generally not entitled to these benefits.
The anticipated range for this position is:

Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
