Remote Call Center Representative

Our client is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join their team. As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be part of the customer support organization, supporting a high-volumecampaign. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, the ability to stay focused during back-to-back calls, and a comfort level with laptop navigation that supports smooth remote work.

Job Title: Remote Call Center Representative Location: Remote (U.S.) Pay Range: $21.00hr Shift: Full Time 9AM EST to 8PM EST (8-hour shifts). If you are in a different time zone, the hours will be your time zone hours. What's the Job?

Provide exceptional customer service support via phone and written communication

Assist customers with inquiries related to financial accounts and services

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Follow legal and compliance guidelines during customer interactions

Support team efforts to resolve issues efficiently and professionally

What's Needed?

Ability to handle high call volume and maintain performance during back-to-back calls (campaign receives over 25,000 calls per day)

Comfort navigating alaptop while working from home, including understanding everyday tasks such as restarting the laptop at the end of the day and managing updates

Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions

Professional, compliant communication skills when supporting customers with financial account inquiries
