Customer Service Representative

Threshold Visitor Management Systems, Division of Avery Products is looking for a Customer Service Representative. We are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day account management of our customers and the daily workflow that helps support our repeat business and sales acquisition initiatives. This person reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

What you will be doing:

• Answer every call within three rings and with a smile in your voice.
• Follow-through on every call answered.
• Ensure all orders and quotes are processed correctly and in a timely fashion (within an hour)
• Ensure that all proofs and outstanding quotes are followed up on every 3 days.
• Ensure every acquisition sales rep and market is supported, especially when reps are traveling or on vacation.
• Outbound calling-account management, when needed.
• 90% of the time will support VMS product lines with order entry and calls; 10% on Legacy.
• Be dependable and reliable; on time and ready to start the day at 8:30 am

What you need to succeed:

• Ability to multi-task and be a good problem solver
• CRM, Microsoft Outlook knowledge
• Excellent computer speed and accuracy
• Must be a team player and have good communication skills
• Be able to tackle the task at hand
• Ask for help when needed
