Manufacturing Engineer/Chemical Engineer Opportunity

Established, stable, state-of-the-art, bulk materials/chemical processing facility in Fort Smith, Arkansas is seeking a:

• Manufacturing Engineer with chemical processing skills, or a
• Chemical Engineer with manufacturing engineering skills

$80-90K + 100% employee medical, dental and vision care paid by the company!

• Technical support for troubleshooting and improving plant machinery and operations
• Developing and implementing new manufacturing processes, and other process-related project work as assigned
• Work closely with the Facility Director, General Manager and Operations Superintendent to ensure on time and on budget delivery of all projects

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Ceramic or Materials Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in manufacturing engineering or chemical processes or project engineering
• Prefer experience working with polymers or in the plastics industry
• Experience working in an API Q1/ISO 90001 environment a plus
