Job Exempt: Yes Work Shift: Days (United States) Responsibilities: Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Maintains JCAHO guidelines and ACR guidelines. Oversees daily activities of the radiology staff to optimize productivity and census manages when appropriate. Ensures the delivery of quality service in area of operations. Acts as an educational resource and is available for consultation to medical, nursing and administrative staff. Enhances professional growth and development through participation in education programs, current literature, in‑service meetings and workshops. Attends meetings as required and participates on committees as required or directed. Establishes and maintains communications within the department and with other hospital departments. Develops relationships with professional affiliations and others as is appropriate. Qualifications: Associates Degree required. Associates Degree/Diploma in Radiology. Three to five years experience in Radiology Supervision, preferred. New Mexico State License in Radiologic Technology (NMRRT) required. We're all about well-being, starting with yours.
