CFO

Our client is searching for a CFO to join their team full-time. You will report directly to the CEO and manage the financial health and sustainability of the organization. This position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, grant requirements, and reporting obligations for various funding sources. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $250,000 to $325,000 per year.
Responsibilities:- Maintain all financial records in accordance with financial and accounting policies and procedures aligned with GAAP.
- Present financial statements and audit findings to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Oversee auditing, accounting, purchasing, insurance, investing, and long-range forecasting processes.
- Monitor monthly billings to grantor sources.
- Oversee the preparation and issuance of the organization's annual report.
- Expertise in financial modeling and analysis based on leading trends, current market conditions, and overall business information.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills, fostering accountability and excellence.
- Commitment to ethical and transparent financial practices.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration
- 10+ years management accounting and financial management experience
- Non-profit healthcare experience
