Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• California state licensure (or eligibility)
• School-based SLP experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage in multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to supporting students with diverse speech and language needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in individual or group settings according to IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, screenings, and re-evaluations using standardized tools
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in coordination with educators and families
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and service delivery
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Provide consultation, resources, and support to teachers and staff for effective communication strategies in the classroom
• Help foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
