Bilingual Immigration Coordinator

We're Hiring: Bilingual Immigration Coordinator
Location: Brandon, SD Office

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people navigate important employment and immigration processes? PIPESTONE is looking for a Bilingual Immigration Coordinator to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in supporting employees and maintaining compliance with employment authorization requirements.

What You'll Do:
Coordinate and maintain immigration documentation and employee records
Track visa renewals, work authorizations, and compliance deadlines
Communicate with employees, managers, and external partners regarding documentation needs
Monitor upcoming expiration dates and provide proactive follow-up
Maintain accurate, confidential files and reporting systems
Support immigration-related processes and ensure audit readiness

What We're Looking For:

Associate degree in Administrative Studies or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of administrative experience
Bilingual communication skills required
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Immigration experience is a plus, but not required
