Make a meaningful impact on young learners’ lives as you support communication development in a vibrant elementary school setting. This full-time, onsite contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team and provide essential speech-language services to students from now through June 2027.

Immerse yourself in a welcoming school environment where you’ll deliver individualized and group therapy, perform evaluations, write reports, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings. With a caseload of 40-45 students—split with another experienced SLP—you’ll share responsibilities and enjoy professional support throughout your assignment.

What we’re looking for:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience in school-based SLP preferred (elementary level a plus)
• Confidence providing both 1:1 and group therapy
• Skilled in conducting evaluations, preparing comprehensive reports, and participating in IEP/ARD meetings
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and staff
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and maintain documentation

What you’ll do:

• Deliver high-quality direct services to students with diverse communication needs
• Conduct assessments and re-evaluations as needed
• Draft clear, timely reports on student progress
• Facilitate IEP meetings and communicate recommendations
• Create engaging therapy materials and adapt sessions for individual/group needs
• Work in partnership with another SLP to co-manage caseload

This position offers a consistent weekday schedule from 8 a.m. to 2:40 p.m., totaling 32.5–35 hours weekly—ideal for maintaining work-life balance while advancing your clinical skills in a school setting.
