Your Role - Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of laboratory analyses-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and several other areas-adhering to standardized operating procedures.
• Review test outcomes for validity, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Facilitate specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples as required for testing operations.
• Record all laboratory processes with detail, mentor new hires or trainees, and uphold the highest standards of lab quality.
• Ensure a safe and clean workspace, complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science certification (CLS) to be acquired within one year of employment.
• Continuous maintenance of your certification during your employment.
