Senior Geotechnical Engineer

A growing multidisciplinary consulting firm is looking for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to help lead and expand its geotechnical practice across Texas. The company has built a strong reputation in the AEC space through quality work, long standing client relationships, and a leadership team that stays closely involved in the business. With a solid pipeline of projects already in place across commercial, infrastructure, industrial, and land development sectors, they’re continuing to invest heavily in their geotechnical team and are now looking to add a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to support that continued growth. What you'll be doing: Leading geotechnical engineering projects across a range of sectors and project types Overseeing investigations, technical analysis, reporting, and design recommendations Managing and mentoring engineers within the geotechnical team Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams Supporting business development efforts and helping grow the geotechnical practice Managing projects from proposal stage through to final delivery Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high technical standard What we're looking for: 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience PE license required Strong experience delivering geotechnical investigations and reports across commercial, infrastructure, industrial, or land development projects Previous experience managing teams and mentoring junior engineers Experience overseeing projects from proposal through execution and final delivery Someone who enjoys both technical work and leadership responsibilities More reasons to apply: Opportunity to lead and grow an established geotechnical department Direct access to senior leadership and involvement in business decisions Strong project pipeline with repeat clients across multiple sectors Clear long-term progression opportunities into regional or executive leadership Flexibility on location across their Texas or Colorado offices #J-18808-Ljbffr
