What You’ll Do

We’re hiring for an Entry-Level Field Technician focused on hot-side commercial kitchen equipment .

You’ll assist with servicing, installing, and maintaining ovens, stoves, fryers, grills, steamers, and other commercial cooking equipment .
No prior experience in this exact trade is required—we’ll train the right person.

A background in electrical, plumbing, mechanical work, or HVAC/R is helpful but not required.

Day-to-Day Includes:

• Helping diagnose and repair commercial cooking equipment

• Assisting with installations and preventive maintenance

• Learning how to troubleshoot and use test equipment

• Traveling locally to customer sites throughout Vermont

• Working with experienced technicians and learning from the best

What You’ll Need

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

• Comfort with tools and solving hands-on problems

• High School Diploma or GED
  
  
• Ability to lift 60 lbs, push 100 lbs, and pull 50 lbs
  
  
• Basic hand tools (we can help you get started if needed)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Position Details

• Full-time W2 employment (not subcontracted)
