Position Highlights:

  Sign-On Incentive: Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates

  Team Culture: Work in a collaborative and supportive environment

  Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)- 10-hours shifts; 6:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.

  On-Call Rotation: Includes weekends and holidays. A 30-minute response time is required when on-call. Weekend on call is typically every 3 months, and limited holiday on call approximately 1 holiday every year. Scheduling is based on team rotation and may be subject to change.

Qualifications:

\n

\n

  Active RN license

\n
• \n

  Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required

\n
• \n

  Experience in pre- or post-procedural care is a plus, but not required—we’ll support your development!

About the Role:

\n

\n As an RN in our Endoscopy Department, you’ll be part of a highly skilled team performing a wide range of procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, EUS, bronchoscopy, and ERCP. You’ll work alongside gastroenterologists, pulmonologists, nurses, technicians, and coordinators to deliver tertiary-level care in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  Assist providers during GI endoscopic procedures

\n
• \n

  Administer medications, IV therapy, and conscious sedation

\n
• \n

  Monitor patients during and after procedures

\n
• \n

  Collect and prepare lab specimens

\n
• \n

  Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery

\n
• \n

  Lead and support other clinic nurses and technicians

\n
• \n

  Maintain and inspect medical equipment and supplies

\n
