Those who are qualified and in search of a long-term career opportunity in a cutting-edge practice, are encouraged to apply today!Child Psychiatrist Schedule, Compensation & Benefits - Will consider telehealth for Physicians who can come onsite at least a few days per week - Mon thru Fri, 9am to 5pm - Weekends and evenings are not required and they are rarely called after hours - $250k+ base salary plus production bonus - Total potential compensation based on 50/50 split working 30 patient hours a week is $306,000 (with 4 weeks off a year) - Healthcare benefits, additional company perks and CME coverage - 401K plan and awarded ownership shares - Malpractice coverage by the organization - 100% outpatient - All that coupled with their solid physician culture and continuous learning on the forefront of psychiatryChild Psychiatrist Requirements - Board certified preferred - Current medical license in the state of Florida or willing to obtain - Must be open to multiple treatment plan approach to mental health
